Jack B Schmitz moves the business to his hometown of San Rafael, CA

Diana K Young joins her boyfriend's agency as an in-house underwriter.

Jack B Schmitz and Diana K Schmitz make it official and become partners in business and marriage.

1988
Jack's mother Liz is diagnosed with Parkinson's which sparks an acute interest in long-term care planning.
1978
John T Schmitz formally opens Bay Area Disability Insurance Services at 425 California St. in downtown San Francisco.

Bay Area Disability relocates to 311 California St in San Francisco, CA

1981
Jack B Schmitz joins his father's agency.

Bay Area Disability Insurance Services, Inc files a dba to become DI & LTC Insurance Services.

2004
DI & LTC Insurance Services is invited to join as a member of The Plus Group.

2005
DI & LTC moves to our current location at The Vineyard in San Rafael, CA.

Maxwell J Schmitz joins the agency in a sales development role.

DI & LTC Insurance Services rebrands to become Yetworth Insurance Solutions, reflecting a change to help our partners with more broad-scale insurance planning with strategies that include but are not limied to DI and LTC products.

Luke R Rother joins the agency to expand our expert insurance planning to integrate more Life and Annuity solutions.

Yetworth becomes a member of The Ridgeback Group, an elite member-owned producer group.

Yetworth Collaborative LLC is formed to offer fee-only insurance consulting services in partnership with Tony Steuer, a certified insurance analyst.
